Cool Breeze Cocktail (1 serving)
1 shot Raspberry Syrup
1 ample shot Light or Sweet Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1 bottle Izze Sparkling Grapefruit Juice
Pomegranate Seeds
1 Lime Slice
Fill a highball glass with raspberry syrup. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 of a lime into the glass. Add the rum, ice, and finally the sparkling grapefruit juice. There is no need to stir, as the sparkling juice will do the mixing. Gently garnish with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds. Hang a lime slice on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
